Shipping policy
Due to the pandemic and the holiday season, small businesses and their customers can expect longer shipping times!
Under normal circumstances, our customers receive their packages in approximately 3-6 business days.
Since the beginning of December, USPS (Post Office) began to report an influx in packages.
The USPS released an alert: “USPS is experiencing unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19, we appreciate your patience.”
Once our business receives an order, we ship the order out in 1-3 business days. Once the order has been dropped off at the Post Office, they are fully responsible for the shipping process. The Post Office processes your order and the Post Office delivers the package to your home.
After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email that will include your tracking number.
Please log onto usps.com, and check the status of your package.
As stated on our product pages, we are not issuing refunds/returns due to the pandemic!
However, if the package has been reported by USPS as “lost” or returned to our office, we reach out to the customer and move forward from there to resolve the issue.
If your package is still in “limbo” (package hasn’t been scanned in yet/not delivered as of yet), the proper next step is one of the following:
