Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges:
We do not accept any refunds/returns/exchanges on our products! (Product colors, measurements, materials, etc. are as listed in the product description.)

Cancellations:
Requests to cancel orders must be made within 24 hours of the order being placed. Reach out to our customer service: help@nursebandz.shop
Sale items:
Sale prices apply to purchases made DURING the sale time. We do not adjust previous purchases to sale prices.
Processing Time:
Once our business receives an order, we ship the order out in 5-7 business days. Once the order has been dropped off at the Post Office or UPS, they are fully responsible for the shipping process. The Post Office/UPS processes your order and the Post Office/UPS delivers the package to your home.
After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your shipping label has been printed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your tracking number.
Tracking your Package:
Please log onto usps.com or ups.com, and check the status of your package.
(After your shipping label was printed, you were sent a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.)
However, if the package has been reported by USPS as “lost” or returned to our office, we reach out to the customer and move forward from there to resolve the issue.
If your package has been “delivered” (according to your tracking number), and you did not receive the package, the customer must reach out to us within 72 hours (from the "delivery" date) via email to our customer service: help@nursebandz.shop
